Although Atlanta has fared (fairly) well, the house across the street from us is on the market for $159K. It is a 4BR house, with a full bsmnt, on a lovely wooded lot, with a stream in the backyard. 2 years ago it was for sale for $235K. Since then the owners have divorced and it has gone into foreclosure.
Sad times.
